Weighted rating = (v ÷ (v+m)) × R + (m ÷ (v+m)) × C

R = Rating = Average for the wallpapers
v = votes = Number of votes for the wallpaper
m = minimum = Minimum votes required to be listed in the Top 100 (10)
C = The mean vote across the whole report (4.04)
